Épines dorsales (Total) : 6 - 7; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total) : 28 - 30; Rayons mous anaux: 28 - 31. Body marbled and with three or four short, broad, dark bars on upper parts of sides. Dorsally rays sometimes with a series of small spots, caudal fin faintly barred (Ref. 11892).
Found in fairly shallow water (Ref. 11892).
