Raggi dorsali molli (totale) : 300; Raggi anali molli: 163; Vertebre: 130. Diagnosis: Robust body moderately elongated. Body canal with 4 anterior pores. Lower jaw slightly projecting beyond upper jaw. Anterior of the dorsal fin in front of the vertical of insertion of the pectoral fin. Teeth pointed, many-rowed, increased on the vomer and in the internal rows of the premaxilloethmoid and jaws. Vertebrae 130 including predorsal vertebrae 7, preanal 56, precaudal 68. Rays in the dorsal fin 300, anal fin 163. Pores in the lateral line 4 (Ref. 57750).
