Dorsale stekels (totaal) : 0; Anale stekels: 0. Nostrils immediately anterior to eye. Pyloric caeca 16 to 20. Color is reddish pink to pale brown dorsally, becoming lighter ventrally; dorsal, anal, and caudal fins dark-edged.
