zzzAT Check Named twice (Mitsch, 1938, Ahl, 1938) with the same name. The earlier description by Mitsch (1938) clearly makes the name available. Although attributed in that paper to E. Ahl, there is no indication that Ahl would have been involved in writing the paper and Ahl cannot be author.
