Males have four red bars on the sides of the head (the first one crossing the eye, the second one close to the posterior margin of the orbit, and two on the preopercular region) and black spots in the basal region of the dorsal fin. Males have anal fin base orange. Pelvic fin reduced (Ref. 26744). |
