Dorsal fin with a black tip; a black lateral stripe from opercle to posterior half of caudal peduncle, ending in a rounded spot not extending on caudal peduncle scales; 26+1-2 scales on lateral line (Ref. 37821). Stripe wider in front of dorsal origin (Ref. 43281).
