Remarks | Head and nape of territorial males become swollen and blackened. All fins except the pectorals become blackened while the caudal and dorsal fins retained theor transparent banding patterns. Swollen knobs appear at the tips of the second dorsal rays. 7-8 alternating black vertical bars on the side of the body develop (Ref. 56583). |
