Max. size:  30.4 cm NG (male/unsexed)
Environment:  bathydemersal; marine; depth range - 2500 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Galapagos Rift Zone.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Rare species known from a depth of 2,500 m and found in thermal vent effluent (Ref. 34024). Minimum depth from Ref. 58018.
IUCN Red List Status: Data deficient (DD); Date assessed: 16 August 2019 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
