Max. size:  23 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater; brackish
Distribution:  Asia: Malay Peninsula and the Mekong delta.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs along muddy bottoms of coastal rivers, estuaries, bays and lakes. Feeds on small crustaceans and other invertebrates. Not seen in the markets (Ref. 12693).
