Description: Characterized by brown to pinkish color; pinkish hue on head; fins yellowish with orange or reddish bands on dorsal and anal; single tubed lateral-line scale; greatest depth of body 4.0-4.1 in SL; presence of distinctive "cock's comb" skin flap on chin (Ref. 90102). |
