Description: Characterized by male having yellowish color on head and breast grading to red-orange to bright red over rest of body, median fins without distinctive markings; female light brown color grading to white on lower half of head and breast region; anterior lateral line scales 26-32; predorsal scales 12-17; depth of body 25.9-30.6 % of SL (Ref. 90102). |
Found in intertidal zone and rock and coral reefs (Ref 90102). |
