Dorsal soft rays (total): 15-15; Anal soft rays: 13-13. Distinguished from all congeners in Labeonini by having only middle of the upper jaw + upper lip covered incompletely by rostral fold, the surface of rostral fold flat; the primary disintegration between upper lip and upper jaw, and lower lip and lower jaw (Ref. 85050). |
