Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: seamounts of the western part of the Sala y Gomez Ridge.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 71-75; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 68-69; Vertebrae: 57-58. Pelvic fins reach the origin of he anal fin (Ref. 33334).
