Diagnosis: |
Vertebrae: 169-173. This species differs from O. rotundus in having a higher proportion of dorsal fin origin, 12% TL (versus 8.6-10.8%) and of head length, 7.8 (versus 5.4-6.9) ; and has a fewer vertebrae, 169-173 (versus 178-184) (Ref. 40862). |
