Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 200 - 500 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Chile (Ref. 9068). Eastern Central Pacific: Hawaiian Islands (Ref. 58302).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Adults can be found at depths below 200 meters; juveniles taken at depth of 150 meters (Ref. 51657).
