Description: extremely slender and elongated; swim bladder reduced (Ref. 52307).
Coloration: at least males with numerous silvery spots on body scales and unpaired fins; dark stripe often visible running from posterior edge of eye to outer edge of opercle; 6 dark vertical bars may be visible on the body (Ref. 52307). |
Rheophilic; probably a pair-bonding cave spawner (Ref. 52307). |
