Epipelagic to mesopelagic (Ref. 31442); minimum depth of occurrence is 500 m upon reaching about 5 cm length (54657). Feed on euphausiids (Ref. 6885). Oviparous, with planktonic eggs and larvae (Ref. 31442). |
