Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 57-63; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 54-62. Head short; snout blunt, rounded; pectoral fins extending far beyond the anal fin origin; filamentous ray of pelvic fins extending slightly beyond the anal fin origin; color is dark; roof of mouth with dark anchor-shaped pigment pattern (Ref. 1371). |
