Description: Characterized by dark brown color with numerous large white or yellow spots on head, body, fins, some with vertically or horizontally elongate shape; body depth at gill opening 13-15 in TL; origin of dorsal fin anterior to gill opening; anus posterior to the middle of body; tail about 1.2 in combined head and trunk; without canine teeth; conical to nodular jaw teeth (Ref. 90102). |
