Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; depth range 12 - 100 m
Distribution:  Europe: lakes Zürich, Walenstadt, Pfäffikon and Greiffensee, Switzerland. Extirpated in Lakes Pfäffikon and Greiffensee (Ref. 59043).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Lacustrine, in midwater. Feeds on plankton. Spawns at depths of 12-100 m.
