Distribution:  Europe: Lake Attersee in Austria; possibly present in Lake Wolfgangsee. Critically endangered.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Feeds on deep-water zooplankton. Spawns at depths of 80-120 m (Ref. 59043).
