Max. size:  7.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 15 - 75 m
Distribution:  Southeast Atlantic: East London to Cape of Good Hope, South Africa.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 7-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 10-12; Anal spines: 1-1; Anal soft rays: 9-11. Dark spot at rear of spinous dorsal fin; pelvic and anal fins dusky to black (Ref. 2798).
Biology:
