Can be diagnosed by having the following characters: dorsal fin rays VII +I,9-11; anal fin rays I,7-10; pectoral fin rays 13-15; branched caudal fin rays 14-15; lateral scale rows 34-42, transverse scale rows 10-13; zigzag scale rows on caudal peduncle 9; and gill rakers on first arch 1-2 + 5-8 (Ref. 77038). |
