Remarks Observed transient in the intertidal zone (Ref.49162). Presumably schooling and occurring mostly inshore (Ref. 55455). Juveniles and/or adults are found in mangrove inlets, intertidal mud flats and subtidal edge of mud flats (Ref. 121464). Feeds on plankton (Ref. 58477). Plankton feeder and carnivorous predator (Ref. 117095).
