Remarks A deep-reef species that inhabits mesophotic (ca. 40-130 m) and rariphotic (ca. 130 to at least 300 m) depths, in areas with hard substrates such as rocky ledges and patches of dead corals or rocks resting on slity sand bottoms (Ref. 128563).
