Dorsal spines (total): 18 - 19; Dorsal soft rays (total): 8-10; Anal spines: 6-7; Anal soft rays: 6 - 7; Vertebrae: 30 - 32. Body depth 30.2-33.7% of SL (Ref. 47158). A lunate, filamentous caudal fin (Ref. 47158). Caudal peduncle length is 102-114% of its depth (Ref. 47158). A yellow or orange-yellow body color with V-shaped markings on the preoperculum and operculum (Ref. 47158).
